We were put in an apartment that they knew had a bathroom that flooded the bathroom and main bedroom every time the shower was used. I was told it was because tiles were cracked and the waste pipes blocked. We stayed at Qube for a girls’ weekend in March and were so happy with the accommodation. Huge living areas, decent balconies with great views, especially the beach side. Everything was clean and easy to access. Reception staff were so helpful. After hours checkin was so easy and we also had a late flight out and were able to stay and use the pool etc after checkout. Aircon in each bedroom was also really helpful as it was quite warm when we stayed. Also great location. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars within 200m. And plenty more if you want to explore. 5 min walk to the beach and oasis shopping centre, or the lightrail stop to surfers. Also only a short walk to pacific fair. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom partial ocean view. The apartment is very nice, but needs a deep cleaning. The views are beautiful and it is close to absolutely everything!

Housekeeping did not change the sheets as there were over 10 stains of small circles of blood on the sheets upon arrival, they looked like spots from possible bed bugs. After my second complaint to management my room was switched, but other than that there was no communication from the management to follow up about the incident with the bloodied sheets and the night I spent sleeping on the couch for fear of a bed bug infestation.

The Qube is located in a great part of the city with nice shopping areas and restaurant filled streets just steps away, as well as the tram station and beautiful broad beach. Our room was great, we got the 1 bedroom suite with partial views of the ocean, which were spectacular, particularly from the balcony. The room was clean and modern, the only issue was that the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty when we first arrived and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper during our entire stay. I assume housekeeping would have provided more if we asked but we had brought our own so didn't raise the matter with the front desk. Otherwise we loved staying at the Qube and do plan on coming back again on our next visit.

Aisdr from spotty wifi when trying to cast to the TV's and the broken kitchen sink tap, the place was amazing, super clean and very comfortable for a few nights stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.
