Very dated room and furniture. Needs to be renovated. Not enough wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner in the room. I had to ask multiple times for housekeeping to bring things. Also, mattress on bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Excellent location in downtown.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Convenient location if you are doing city tours or tours to Dubai. The room was massive with a great view. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

During my stay at the apartment, I noticed the following issues: • There were no dishwashing supplies or tools provided. • Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also unavailable. • The housekeeping staff did not wash the dishes or provide any dishwashing soap or tools. • Additionally, the microwave made a loud and unpleasant noise during operation. I believe these are basic amenities that should be addressed to improve the overall guest experience. Let me know if you’d like any changes!
