Spacious, comfy, all the facilities we need - great place to stay for a family of 5 adults. The carpet could use a bit of cleaning though

When staff are making up the bed they could take more care getting the valance on properly as this was hanging away over one side. More care in the toilet as the brush holder was very dirty and a lot of dust on skirting boards. But over all not bad for the price.

It was a decent, clean, safe place to stay for one night. :) Staff allowed us a late check-out the morning of, which we really appreciated! Easy parking, good toiletries, simple but efficient kitchenette layout for coffee or tea with a fridge and sink. Nothing fancy, but comfy overall.

Bridget, the motel manager, was lovely—she called ahead to check our arrival time and made sure everything was perfect with the room. The place has been nicely renovated. We drove, so we’re not sure about nearby facilities, but Wanaka is absolutely beautiful.
