Excellent hotel. The room and the bathroom very spacious and clean. The restaurant buffet was very complete and beautifully presented. The swimming and the sauna were great. Lovely Stay in Abu Dhabi

Exceedingly clean, spacious rooms in a walkable part of the city, half way between Abu Dhabi Mall and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Also close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi which is a must see. So excellent location and highly professional staff, from the front desk to the pool on the 19th floor.

We had 1 one bedroom apartment booked which was apparently sufficient for 4 people however my husband ended up sleeping on the couch 1 night which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The hotel eventually provided an additional bed. Although the apartment was huge maximum it can sleep is 3 people as there was only 1 king sized bed. If the living room had a sofa bed - this apartment would be sufficient for 4 plus people. We had to remind the hotel to clean the room one day as it had been left all day. One of the staff at breakfast - Karbana was extremely rude to both my kids, they had to ask 5 times where to get pancakes from she eventually pointed in the direction without even looking up. I asked her for a latte she told me she didn’t have any milk yet she was stood there pouring a jug of milk. I pointed out she was holding milk. She then agreed to bring me a coffee yet she carried on serving others with coffee and went on to set the tables. I asked her where my coffee was after about 15 minutes she had nothing to say. Was not apologetic another member of staff had to intervene and rectify the issue. Having said that all the other staff in the dining area were exemplary. Im not sure Karbana actually wanted to serve my family it felt like she couldn’t be bothered.
