It was a great time. I had a late flight and they quickly gave me options that varied depending if I wanted to spend extra money or not. Very kind team. Even though they are still in repairs from the hurricanes they made my stay wonderful. Definitely would stay with them again.

Greatly Dispapointed! Killed a roach in my room as well as 2 at the children's pool in addition to seeing a roach in the kitchen wall by the quesadilla grill. There was no hand soap in the rooms, and the pool towel service was bad, you could only get towels once a day and they wanted to charge for any stain that the towel had. There were a few waiters in the buffet that were not helpful at all - we had to ask for ketchup 4 times before they gave it to us.

The plastic cups they give you with a drinkvthat are for one use Emporio hotel reused them. This is un health and un sanitary. Plos 3 drinks are almost $700.pesos and the waiter chase you to take the plastic cup away from you.

La alberca tiene área de juegos para mis niñas, los precios de la comida en el área de alberca no están exagerados. Las habitaciones están limpias y amplias y en los alrededores del hotel puedes encontrar de todo. Muy bonita vista a la bahía, la playa está muy bien, solo no te metas al mar si no sabes nadar, las olas en esta zona están retadoras

I loved that was by the beach in the middle of the city easy access to city transportation 12 pesos pp. Beach had glass and garbage, needs to be clean up. I didn't see anybody from the hotel cleaning the beach. My bathroom stinks like sewer water day and night.
