No shops nearby. Good view of Mt Ruapehu.

The room was clean, bathroom tiny, couldn't fill the jug in the bathroom basin. My room was downstairs and the guests in the room above, you could hear walking around and ceiling creaked every time they moved around.

Reception closed earlier than indicated, room was bleached in the kitchen but dead bugs on the bed. Restaurant staff were great, food was delicious.

Very clean and quiet on the lake shoreline.

Good location, handy for nearby shops and restaurants. The property is clean and good value for money but is looking tired and in need of some TLC. We wanted to use the swimming pool but were told by staff that there were no sunbeds or chairs available.

The sheets and couch were stained. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. Overall, the property and room were dingy. I would not recommend staying here.
