In our itinerary, it was clearly showing $25 food credit per room. Besides that, they didn’t offer it to us. We had to ask about it after checkout. Some of the Bespoke café and bar restaurant staff were rude. We have stayed in many 5-star hotels all over the world, but this hotel does not deserve a star hotel rating.
Despite requesting room cleaning through the online system, no one came to clean the room. When questioned, they said they never received any request and that it must have been a glitch in the system. The TV was not working. Once we showed our concerns, a staff member came to our room, apologised, and tried to fix the issues.
Hoping that after paying for a 5-star hotel, no one else has to go through what we experienced. However, some of the staff at the café were really nice and respectful.
