The venue was nice. Breakfast options were great and taste was lovely. The view of the oval was perfect. Carpets were a dirty though. Rooms were nice with all the fancy trimmings.

Great location near the river, zoo, universities and botanic gardens. Easy walk to downtown shopping in one direction and notth Adelaide "restaurant row" in the other. Exec "perk" was $25 toward food and drink, which paid for part of my breakfast one day. The restaurant has a great view of the athletic field.

Pretty much everything was very good, only disappointment was that the website indicated a pool was available but we weren't aware that it was not within the hotel. Being warm weather and just wanting to chill out probably would have picked a different hotel with a pool on-site.
