Location is brilliant. So close to all the attractions and CBD yet so peaceful by the river. The staff were a delight and the hotel is extremely comfortable. Eating breakfast overlooking the Oval grounds is a fantastic and must! Overall wonderful stuff and I would have no hesitation in recommending! The only slightly disappointing aspect is having to log into the internet each time. Should be better and continuous …..

Everything about this hotel is exceptional - from the concierge staff, the valet staff and the restaurant staff. We rate this the finest hotel we have stayed in for many, many years. We had 2 stays in the last week and both times, we were so impressed with everything. The welcome drink on arrival was very much appreciated also! Our room was beautifully set up, the shower was fantastic and the room technology was excellent. The bed was very comfy and pillows were perfect. The restaurant meals were delicious and the breakfast couldn't be falted. The location is perfect - only a few minutes' walk to Rundle Mall. Highly recommend The Oval Hotel.

Exceptionally clean room with beautiful view of the Cathedral and gardens. Overlooking the oval for drinks and breakfast was exceptional. All staff were very courteous and helpful.

Loved our stay - whilst brief, it's great if you are an oval fan, if you don't mind the 10 minute walk across the bridge you have access to the tram to get to shops and restaurants, it's a lovely quiet spot, loved the room, very clean, eco friendly products, comfy bed and automated lighting and doors. Staff were friendly, didn't have brekkie at the hotel, Cafe Ink is a two minute walk, had lunch at Bespoke restaurant, been before and cannot fault the food or the service, overall great stay.
