Great place to stay bar and restaurant on site Carlton draught on tap. Rm16 ground floor was great for a single person will request this again

Well we had a little issue from one am to three am from other guests, very noisy and bad language. Please note this was no fault of the hotel. A little suggestion when an event is on they should employ security.

The room was comfortable and clean but a little dark as a result of its layout. Despite this i would stay again as iy was clean and convenient. We dined in the restaurant and the food was really good.

The staff were very friendly very good very polite be with excellent rd1 complaint that I have if the garlic bread that you order it you didn't get very much for the price also the rooms were excellent The Rains were quiet and the shy that they didn't have a microwave in the room

The Astor might be an older motel with smallish rooms, however they were clean and well appointed with jug, toaster etc. The staff were accommodating at reception and in the hotel. Dinner was delicious. 9/10 for overall experience.

Decent, not great.

Great check in experience. Friendly and knowledge staff. The attached restaurant is okay, but not great. Aircon in the room is good, effectively cooled the room. - Bathroom was VERY hot because of the outside temperature, even after a cooler night. Photos did not match the room I was in, which was disappointing. Appointments were much lower quality and dated. Bed was 'spongy' but comfortable.

Convenient location, close to the centre of town. Room was relatively good - not as modern as the online photos feel, needs better curtains for privacy; would think this to be the case for the majority of rooms. Staff were very friendly. On-site option for a late night beer after a long drive. Parking space a little tight but they have the overflow parking options next door. Overall it was a pretty good stay.
