Arrived at the start of the national power cut and the staff were so great, managing to check guests in manually and being really helpful. There was emergency lighting in the public areas. I had lunch in the restaurant as local places were closed - the food and the service were excellent. I liked that it is possible to walk to Terminal 2 in around 15 minutes.

The staff is very professional in managing corporate needs. Location: Conveniently located near Madrid-Barajas Airport, it’s a great option for business travelers or those with early flights. While not in the city center, the hotel offers shuttle service, and taxis are readily available. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was courteous and efficient. Staff members were attentive, multilingual, and eager to assist with any requests.

Great hotel right by airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bed and room were very comfortable, excellent breakfast!
