The Hotel looks very good in the lobby area, but there are several items that need to be improved. Here is a list of items that I found during my stay:
1.- Starting with the elevator: the button panel needs to be fixed in one of the elevators.
2.- The room's A/C needs general maintenance; when we first arrived at our room it smelled like a dirty humid room. When the A/C has not been cleaned for a while.
3.- The bed mattress needs to be replaced, I had better mattresses on a Courtyard.
4.- The toilet seat needed replacement it was old and damaged.
And there are amenities that are more of a motel type of level. The rooms are not built to have a quiet nite stay, you could hear the cars passing by all night (thankfully the road was not very busy during our stay). We could hear our neighbors cough! And we had the staff visit our room because the guests in the lower level were complaining about the noise. Our kids were playing around the room and that could be heard in the room downstairs! My kids were not screaming, they were just moving from one side of the room to the other.
And finally, the waiting staff needs to be trained, in our fist breakfast we had to wait 40 minutes for our continental breakfast to arrive... YES!!!! 40 minutes for a small bowl of fruit, yogurt, raw granola, and one pre-made pastry.
Also, do not be fooled by the "Free Breakfast amenity"; there are only 2 free continental breakfasts per room.
