The location is good and close to everything. Parking was valet only, we parked across the street for 230 per week. Facility is a bit outdated, smells a bit old on our floor. However, our room was clean and staff was friendly.

Pros: the 2 bed room is quite large for 4 people. We liked the space. Conveniently located. Near the beach and other amenities. Hotel provides free beach chairs & towels for you to take to the beach. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Angelika from front desk was very helpful. Cons: Although the breakfast is included, it would be nice to have more options, rather than displaying 5 items at 4 different places. More juice and hot items recommend. Elevator problem cannot be solved, since its an old building. Overall I liked the property.

Great place overall, would probably come again. Only downsides - breakfast is pretty much the same daily, if you rent a car and bring it here to park, they charge $55 per day for valet services. They don’t have any other options so it was pretty speedy for us. Housekeeping was great. Overall great hotel

The property provides a good location to all the services and enjoyable acitivies around. The cleaning and upkeep is not quite up to par, has to be requested multiple times to change sheets. The breakfast at least helps although more vegetarian options would be nice. The staff is helpful and always present.

Staff were FABULOUS! Location was PERFECT. Be prepared for rooms and balcony to be much smaller than what you will be expecting from the wide angle pictures. At $400 per night we expected more from the rooms. Overheard many guests commenting on the same situation. This is not the Hawaii most expect to experience any longer. I do recommend though as the Service and staff were 5 star all the way!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Hyatt Waikīkī Beach. The staff was accommodating, rooms were big and spacious, and the breakfast was ample and delicious. Could not recommend it enough!

We liked the location of the property. We enjoyed being able to walk most places. Also the security of the property it felt very safe. One dislike was the fire alarm going off at midnight because of a malfunction or someone pulled it.
