Mattresses were horrible. No support. wouldn’t stay again because of that. The room AC didn’t maintain the set temperature (was very cold even though thermostat was set at 78, but manageable with extra sheets) Staff was generally good and valet staff was exceptional. Location was good. Clean property.

The room was well appointed. Comfortable beds and linens(only 3 pillows a bed???). The balcony doors however were dated and NOT soundproof/resistant. On the 12th floor, constant sirens and morning roosters were clearly heard. The staff were very kind and helpful. An included breakfast was a bonus but basic. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere easily and the use of beach towels chairs, sand toys and boogie boards was a lovely bonus! Would recommend

We stayed for 12 nights with a family of 3 which. Our stay was nothing less than stellar. It all starts with the people and the service. We have never experience such amazing service in our lives at a hotel. From house keeping, to the front desk and of course the breakfast service people. Simply amazing people. A huge thank you to Mildred, Jenny, Kimberly, Dino, Gloria, Angeline and many others I’m sure. The location is great and conveniently located in the heard of a Waikiki. The breakfast is amazing and such a huge win! Thank you for our amazing stay everyone!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room was clean, the view from the balcony had partial ocean views, and was spacious enough to store our luggage. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of rotating items, and the coffee was always piping hot! My only wish is that there was more hanging hooks and rods to dry clothes and towels, and toiletries offered.

Great staff experience. Cheryl with the lei making remembered me and my family one year later and I was stunned. Breakfast was less than last year (no fruit/eggs) and we had breakfast sandwiches on more than a day but things happen. Hotel staff still very friendly.
