The hotel is completely run down, from the time of check in till now all has been a hassle. the beds and pillows are so uncomfortable that we have back pain and neck pains, food is terrible, we have been having tummy upset since we had food at hotel, during the buffet we saw a bug on the cake and we showed to them, and they just took it in and removed the bug and put the cake back where it was!! they need serious improvement in the hotel. there are chips on the flooring not small ones but massive. not even sure how they charging so much for a run down hotel.

There was some confusion over the breakfast inclusion. I had paid extra but when we were there for check in staff said it is not included. So we had show them email. It was resolved after but should not have happened at the first place.
