My go to place to stay in Melbourne

Location is ideal for theatre and events at Rod Laver. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tram stops less than a block from Hotel, great options for food in the area, parking is easy to get to and a short walk to Hotel. Supermarket and bottle shop half a block from Hotel, with Melbourne central across the road.

Very pleasant and nice

The receptionist was very polite and accommodating and was flexible with our check-in and check-out timings. Rooms were clean and cozy. Location was amazing and walking distance to all the shops and amenities. Would gladly stay here again when I'm back in Melbourne

Customer service was fantastic and all staff I spoke with were keen to help. The rooms had plenty of space for the price and location in the middle of the city, everything was incredibly clean. Well located near main shopping centres and very easy to traverse the city as there are multiple tram stops within a couple of minutes walking.

Check-in took a long time because the staff member seemed very busy and was working alone. There is construction happening right in front of the hotel, which made it quite noisy. Even at night, while I was staying on level 2, there were loud banging noises that made it difficult to sleep.
