Great facility. Bed was comfy and they supplied great amenities in the room. Would absolutely return and recommend! Didn’t try the breakfast, but I enjoyed the coffee in the lobby!

Hotel was very nice. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The only downfall was when we checked in even at 5 o’clock we had to be downgraded from a king suite to a regular king because they did not have rooms ready even at 5 o’clock. The family ahead of us in line wasn’t even able to check into their room until after the concert because of rooms not being ready. They said it had something to do with high tier Marriott members that get to check out late. The hotel needs to plan this better and accordingly because it’s not fair to other people to have to wait and yet pay full price while someone else is allowed to check out late

Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 630pm and we're told the room wasn't ready and it would be awhile. The room charge was also $50 more than listed on your site and I had to have the clerk verify it. He said they changed in in their system and he would correct it. But instead he charged me $26 more.

It was so nice and cold in our room. I didn’t get the chance to be at the hotel for long which is why I rated good and not excellent as I did not get the chance to enjoy the commodities. Staff was friendly too!

Fairfield - Akron

I always enjoy staying at the Fairfield but not this time/location. 1. Queen size bedding on a king bed. 2. Towels felt like sandpaper. 3. Snacks have to be paid with credit card. Brought all to attention of two staff members. Neither seemed to care.

Check in was an hour late. Come to find out you guys “moved me to another hotel” I didn’t get any notification until after we checked in. The staff was not friendly, kind of rude actually. House keeping came in to clean our “checked out” room before we actually checked out and hour and a half before check out time. I will never stay here again.

The property looks dated for the price. Pull out bed was like sleeping on springs. No bags in trash cans. Pillow was very terrible!! When we got linen out of bag. It had kids toys in and cheese puffs. pool looks old and dated. Not pleased for the place

The hotel was clean, and smelled clean. Thankfully! The breakfast was good as well with multiple choices. It was quiet and in a nice safe area.

Checked in and was given a room that was clearly not cleaned fully. The host was great and came to tend to the bathroom that was visibly dirty. We were apparently placed in the wrong room. We had to check out of that room the next afternoon by 12 and our room wouldn’t be ready until around 3. We had to remove all of our items from the room, rush to get ready for the graduation we were staying in as packing up, etc. took longer than anticipated. We were only given about 1.5 hour notice that we had to switch rooms. It was just very inconvenient at that time. We made the room switch and the second room was cleaner.
