My first impression wasn’t great, they had no self parking, valet option at $80 a day and NO ins and outs which is not okay for someone who wants to come and go. The “self parking” is about a 5 minute or more walk to the hotel and it’s $24 a day. There’s no place to park and check in either which was really upsetting to me, especially when the valet guy was arguing with me. All I wanted was to check in and get my luggage out so I can find a place to park, I wasn’t going to spend $80 and then not be able to leave without paying it again. It’s a very busy location, the street is also really busy with people who don’t stop at the signs. It does have a really nice pool and spa, it doesn’t come with any kind of perks either which is another negative for me, especially with the price point of this hotel. They do charge a 20% gratuity on all food or drink orders, no free breakfast, no free coffee, no microwave in the room either it’s by the ice machine. The shower pressure was great, downside I almost fell a few times because there’s no grip in the shower it’s smooth tiles. One roll of toilet paper, only 3 towels for a 2 night stay. The beds were soft and so were the pillows, my bed squeaked which was another negative. I stood here because my daughter wanted to swim, and it’s really close to the airport. Would I recommend it absolutely not, especially if your over 200 pounds, the shower isn’t wide enough, and the toilet sits right next to the shower door.

Ok, but you would expect better

The property is very nice, but trying to get out of the airport to find the shuttle bus to get here is terribly hard. They don’t explain it very well to you where you need to go but the gal that drove the bus was excellent. I also called them and emailed them and I never got a response back as to where to pick up the shuttle and any other information. I thought that was very poor.
