Excellent staff, clean room,flexible checkout time

EXTREMELY nice and helpful stuff. Great experience and i LOVE that they dont require a cash deposit like most places. I hate letting companies hang on to my money for multiple business days for no reason. Just keep a card on file like these guys incase theres an incident. its 2025, ppl are broke. Nobody has the money to just loan a hotel 100$ for 3-5 business days. i usually book thru the red roof out the motel 6 in streetsboro for that exact reason but these guys are now added to my list of hotels i'll be staying with going forward. Oh, but 1 improvement needs made. fix your bed in room 307. my gf and i got 2 queens instead of 1 king bc it was cheaper, but one of the queen beds was broken, you couldnt lay in it without the bed flipping you out of it so we had to share a queen and we're both bigger folks so that wasnt ideal, but not a big enough of an issue to be less than 5 stars! thanks for the hospitality

The head desk manager is a scammer, the hotel is always looking for a way to get more money. He will say that payment didn’t go through and then try to collect more money. It’s unclean and outdated. I would not put my worst enemy here.

Property was very outdated and that would be an understatement. Heating unit was falling off the wall, tv had a large black bar going down the middle of the screen….definitely wouldn’t spend more than a night here.

Not a good experience

The first room we got, had 2 cockroaches. We asked to be changed and the 2nd room had many stains, it had a hole in the wall and chips in the toilet seat and shower. The smell of the rooms and elevator was awful. A cockroach was also seen by the food area when serving breakfast. I didn't expect this for a hotel backed up by the Wyndham brand.

Nasty, nasty, nasty

The place is nasty. The cockroaches swarmed the room when it got dark. Strong odor in room. Furniture looked like they got it out of a dumpster. We ended up checking out and going across the street.

The Cockroach motel didn’t see any first night but I did see poop rag when went take Turn shower on behind toilet ! Disgusting place !! I had everything off floor in general! Owners extremely Rude nasty woke up I n middle of nite roaches every where in bathroom!! Smash bugs on walls. Place is awful I can’t give lower star no where click one ! Place needs rolled over paint chipping holes in area of hallways ! I left next day dont stay here
