Our last night in NZ before flying home. We were able to leave our bags early so that we could explore something of Auckland. All staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport worked really well, not their fault it was so early! Room had plenty of space.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Two great overnight stays before our early morning departure flight and very late return flight. Fantastic complimentary friendly shuttle service. We were able to park our car in hotel car park while we were away.

The staff and the service they provided makes this hotel a gem. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and more than accommodating. My only negative was that the AC did work well. Our room was hot and stuffy, and rather uncomfortable after taking a shower. Overall, we out brief visit.

This hotel was great - very nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Everyone was helpful and the shuttle service was amazing - they even dropped us off/picked us up at a nearby store which was on their way to the airport. Shuttles were scheduled so there was never a worry about missing or needing to wait for them. They also allowed us to have a little bit later check out due to our flight times which was so appreciated. Thank you so much Heartland!

Very nice place, good free shuttle with a luggage carrier in tow - drivers to and from were friendly, kind, and informative, as were front desk staff. Check in and out were swift and smooth, room was spacious (especially the bathroom) and in good shape, all very nice! Didn't get to the on site restaurant but the menu looked good and reasonably priced for the area. Only downsides (and they were very slight) were that the shower head in our room was pretty light in terms of water pressure and flow rate, and the A/C unit fan was a bit noisier than I'd expect. Far from being any actual problem though, and not a huge surprise either, pretty common in my traveling experience. I would absolutely stay here on subsequent trips to the area.
