We stayed at Bahía Príncipe Luxury Akumal for three nights and four days, and everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entire resort was very clean and well maintained. The buffet options were fantastic with plenty of variety, and we also appreciated the availability of room service. While the room service food menu is limited, we actually loved being able to enjoy our meals in the privacy and peace of our room. Another great perk was having access to other resorts on the property, which gave us even more dining and activity options. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would absolutely return.

Amazing resort! Everything was spectacular! Food choices in the buffet, extremely clean rooms and properly, great entertainment! The only downside-reservations for restaurants are impossible to make unless you make them before your arrival. Making the reservations before the trip did not work online-:)

All staff were extremely helpful. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. We were asked often if we deeded anything and if everything was okay. The quest services person in our building knew my name, just by face, and used it often. Because the resort is in a larger compound, we were able to go to the different resorts plus go to the hacienda without leaving the compound. I would a million times recommend this place.

es un hotel 3 estrellas. bebidas muy malas y escasas. habitaciones basicas. estuve 9 noches y pude reservar solo para un restaurante. pero extrañamente siempre estaban a mitad de capacidad. al unico que fui la comida era mala y si queres un buen plato hay que pagarlo (una estafa) termine comiendo la mitad de los dias fuera del hotel. la playa es mala. termine llendo a tulum todos los dias.

It’s important to book your restaurants in advance . Restaurants are usually booked up before you get here. Guest services was helpful in finding us options during our stay. We loved the pools and location. Food was excellent at the Akumal buffet. Our family really enjoyed it. Music performances through the week were great. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back.
Frutos Del Mar has incredible food service. Try the grilled lobster.

The staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean. Many pools and entertainment. The only problem: is hard to get restaurant reservations. We stayed 7 nights and only got one reservation in a Spanish restaurant (the vegan steak was delicious). Vegan options are available in the buffet as well. Overall, the experience was great, I would definitely like to go back again.

I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb.
