The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet that reminded me of public grade school lunch. There was no booklet or information about the property-we were in the middle of nowhere with limited access to dining and no groceries. The condo-which we rented for 7 days was not adequately stocked-ran out of water and toilet paper-hot water heater did not work so no hot showers, no housecleaning services. Use of gym at nearby health center was also extra- I did voice my concerns but the host did not seem concerned with any of my complaints. I did check out 2 days early so my family and I could actually enjoy a place with a beach for our "beach vacation". Total waste of money and highly disappointing. It actually really bummed me out as I had been planning and saving for this trip for quite awhile. The condos were nice-but not having any amenities ruined it. I am an Event Sales Manager at a Hotel so I am in the hospitality business. Our business would never allow any of our guests to leave feeling this way. Thank You
