What a change from dull 5* corporate hotels. All the expected standards and more but the real difference is this hotel reflects its location. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, especially brunch. Manager of brunch deserves special mention for professionalism. Well done Shanghai-La.

It was my 4th wedding anniversary with my husband and we had a great time in Shangri-La Abu Dhabi. All the staffs were ready-to-help and kind. I truly enjoyed facilities including Abra and swimming pool. Wish to visit here again.

This hotel was by far the most cleanest, beautiful hotel I’ve stood at. They allow me to do an early check-in. The staff treated you like royalty. It was so clean they were fresh flowers everywhere. The buffet was the best buffet I’ve ever experience with the most pleasant chefs walking around. There is also a Michelin star restaurant on site which was a plus. The room I stood in at the perfect view. The amenities in the room were absolutely amazing. The room felt like it was my own personal villa. I have to also mention what it was very quiet.
