The mall nice the motel not

The staff was polite both day and night, The cleaning though?? You can tell the person who cleans has never been taught. The bathroom toilet has a ring, corners are not cleaned, floor in shower wasn't cleaned just sprayed, mildew, poop bugs flying around after shower water hits drain. The rooms need a makeover both cleaning and repair. A frog, snake or something could crawl through door. If it had not been for an emergency I'd left.

Room was dirty the shower had mold in the corners, the air conditioner was leaking had water coming up through the floor.

The property was dated, Looked like a lot of people actually live there and hang out on the stairs a lot and leave trash everywhere,the breakfast buffet was the worst ever with very few options and no hot choices, the prepackaged boiled eggs were frozen hard. I stayed there three days and never had housekeeping come in, they do not provide soap or shampoo and the toilet got stopped up twice. Will not be back!
