Room not ready

There was no stopper in the drain for the bathtub. I am an amputee and I need to take a bath. The phone was completely disconnected from the wall and there was no cord. There was no TV remote control. The manager offered me a refund, but said I had to go through Hotels.com and tell them that Stephanie the manager approves a refund and she will give it to me. Please let me know how I should go about doing that.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. Checked in and the staff gave us a room that wasn’t made up. No apology, just excuses “but our manager checks it and it’s saying clean in our system.” Definitely not clean. The place smells like stale smoke.

Walked into our room and the refrigerator was thrown out of its place the drawers were pulled out the filters from the air conditioning system where pulled out the frame around the bathroom door was broken. When we walked in there were about 20 air conditioning units just stored by the staircase. The place was not as pictured. But the manager Olga was friendly and helped us get a refund and apologized so that was the only nice thing about it.

The hotel is older, and in my opinion, needs some updating. The door was very "loose", and at times seemed as though it was not shut tight. The bathroom walls seemed dirty. But the bed and sheets seemed clean, and was comfortable.
