Convenient location plus free breakfast

Very convenient location, right off I-25. It was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is pretty close to the old town area also. Free breakfast is a huge plus for me, as it saves me from having to figure out what I'll be eating for breakfast each morning. I gave it 3 starts because the room was a little bit weathered, but clean.

Too much static

With plenty of rooms available they still put me on the third floor, trying to pack a us in from the top to the bottom. The toilet didn't flush well. I had to hold it down forever to get it to flush, even just liquid. The floors in the bathroom were sticky. The towel rack near the sink was broken and literally just leaned up against the wall. And the TV had about half the channels that in room TV chart listed. And of the half that worked, half of those were staticky.

Needs some work

Room looked like it was painted by a 7 year old paint spots on the floor, and roof. The bathroom was not very well cleaned and again the pain lt was horrible in the room. AC was older than the property id assume didn’t work well at all vent was broken on it. I’ve stayed in other rooms before and this one was just horrible.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff did not see/read our request for a ground floor room (although they were able to accommodate).... Rooms have a lamp and space for a reading chair, but no chair (was advised that no rooms have this.... ).... Would be a nice addition.... Breakfast was sparse..... cereal, white bread and waffles..... They used to have a full hot breakfast.... oh, well....

Poor experience

The plumbing was terrible. Had to flush the toilet 3x in order for the bowl to be empty/clean. Took a shower and ended up standing in 3 inches of water. The double mattress smelled, and the pillows were hard. Left after the first night of a 3-day scheduled stay.

Disappointing

The mattress was in fact comfortable; however, the floor was filthy. The bedspread had a deep red stain which we think was nail polish. The shower pressure was weak, and an electrical socket was really sticking out, posing a potential danger. There were waffles at breakfast, but no eggs.

Dirty

Pictures were VERY misleading. Very dirty, smelly (smoke & vomit) & terribly maintained. Pull out beds were dirty. The lock on one of the doors didn’t work. You could see light under the door. Also there was a security guard, which should make you feel better but it did not. The next morning when checking out asked for the manager so I could make sure we don’t get charged for all damage in the room but he was late. Not sure when he would arrive.

Very basic room. A security guard was in the parking lot watching the area upon my arrival and departure. The neighborhood doesn't look good, the building is run down on the outside. But it was quiet and I slept good knowing my car was being watched.
