Great place, bad air conditioning

Location was pretty close to old town, which we wanted to explore since we were in town anyway. Front desk staff were amazing & very accommodating. Very good recommendations for local cuisine and sites. The room was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was the air conditioning thermostat. It was high seventies at night, & took several tries to kick on the air conditioning. Multiple confusing menus, w/o a lot of control. When you put on the air, the output was pretty pathetic, never going below 75 deg, & then turning off automatically within 1-2 hours.

Gluten and dairy free due to allergies so I could only have banana and eggs. Husband said his food was cold, except for the waffle. Room was dirty. Floors weren't swept or clean and hair in the corner of the bathroom. Eww! Woken up by dog barking in the middle of the night. Close to old town and the botanical gardens.

Simple place with amazing service

Great customer service for a simple place to stay. It is also in a great location to explore local attractions, which a near by. The indoor pool is definitely a plus for my daughters. It's a basic hotel with nothing fancy but it is very worth the value.

First room had hair and stains on the sheets, second room had stains on sheets and there were toenail clippings in the bathroom and by the bed. No idea how this place had such good reviews. Both rooms weren’t clean. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter too. Miserable stay. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice!

Stayed in room 120. Was a nice, clean room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable, might need to change out the mattress. The staff was friendly and very helpful on check in and out. The heat/ac unit was a little difficult at first as I had never encountered one like it before, but once I got the hang of making temperature changes, it was fine. All in all, a good hotel. I would stay here again if in town.

Good for the price, although the ants in the room were a bit annoying. And the advertised hot tub did not work. The staff DID attend to that promptly AND the staff was understanding of an emergency (I lost my wallet) that I had en route. So overall, a positive experience. Good motel if on a budget and just needing a place to sleep. Thanks, staffers, for helping me out.

The staff was nothing but accommodating. Helpful, courteous, and even providing the shuttle to/from airport on Sunday. Breakfast has a variety of fresh cooked and packaged products with the best coffee!. A great location with bus lines a short walk away, Old Town Plaza a short 5 minute walk, and staff helpful on locating transit. I look forward to coming back and exploring the area more
