Quality remodeled home. In sought after neighborhood close to UNM, Hospitals, parks, Nob Hill. Huge chef's kitchen. Loaded with amenities for families. Very nicely landscaped front and backyards, covered patio & shade trees. SORRY, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES MAY BE HOSTED AT THIS HOME. ALSO, NO WEDDING ACTIVITIES AT ALL ARE ALLOWED. NO FAMILY GATHERINGS BEYOND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPENDING THE NIGHT!! OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM WILL BE ENFORCED. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, OR YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $300 CLEANING FEE!

Great neighborhood

The house is just lovely. Great location for shopping but we loved the neighborhood. The other homes were nice and the streets were quiet. We took walks and other families were out too. We ate outside in the backyard and enjoyed the fountains. The interior was beautiful and well furnished. They owners thought of everything to make sure your stay was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect house in Albuquerque!

We stayed here while visiting family. It comfortably held me, my mother, and my 2 daughters (26 and 22). The house is beautiful and has so many wonderful comforts. Everything you could need is in the kitchen! The beds (and pillows) were so comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio in the super cute backyard and enjoyed spreading out in the living room watching movies. The neighborhood is so lovely and close to everything. Thank you so much for taking such care to provide a great home to stay in! We'd love to come back. :)

Lovely property, well maintained , had everything for us to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Games and breakfast every morning. We arrived after midnight all very tired. There was a lovely welcome basket and coffee and tea and breakfast items. We were able to sleep in a little. Grocery stores near by. The house is well stocked with the basics. Our son lives in Albuquerque and we were all out there to celebrate his 60th birthday. Some members had never been to Albuquerque so we did a lot of exploring and enjoyed all the great restaurants. Thank you, Michelle for sharing your lovely home. We are all looking forward to a return visit. Gorgeous home in nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Every detail of the home has been done exceptionally well. Conveniently located to the university and central to all locations in Albuquerque. Highly recommended.

An amazing home with a FANTASTIC and spacious back yard

Michelle, the owner is perhaps the most responsive host I've encountered. The home is beautifully appointed and spacious, with great attention to detail. It is incredibly (and generously) stocked. Lots of places to sit, have meals, play games. The beds are very comfortable. The backyard is place of peace and beauty. The primary (1 of 3) water features is serenity supreme! The location is perfect with easy access to the Sandia Tramway, Old Town ABQ, the airport, shopping and restaurants. My first choice for all future stays.

My siblings and their spouses were in town for my wedding and stayed at this property right up the street from my house. The property is lovely and beautifully furnished and has all the amenities one could need. Family vacation

The property was incredible. It had everything you would ever need. We traveled with our elderly parents and they loved the walk in shower and the comfortable firm chairs to sit in. For the days they did not want to go site seeing they enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful back yard. We will definitely return.

Nice comfortable house with lots of space. Roomy kitchen and dining areas. The back yard and patio were nice but we didn’t use it because of the heat. The house was equipped with everything we needed. FYI, the microwave is in a pantry near the kitchen.

Lovely home in ABQ

Our group of 4 absolutely loved this property! Lots of great space and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and the water features in the backyard. The kitchen is well-stocked with every item and appliance you can think of. This is a charming and highly recommended home. The house exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished, great neighborhood and close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Michelle was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do around the area and good places to eat. Well stocked kitchen and great touches with black washcloths for make removal and a container of things we might have forgotten. Would highly recommend staying in this home. Thank you Michelle

What can I say except “PERFECT”

PERFECT, That is how I would describe our stay at this property. The location was great with all our needs in a short radius and all meet and greets within 20 minutes of this property. The living space had more than enough room indoors and out for our family to ( large ) visit in any space without crawling over each other. The kids and cousins had a great time outside with games and activities that kept them happy and occupied. The owners respond quickly with any questions and provided space to be yourself as well. What a wonderful place and will certainly look to book in the future when we visit the ABQ . You will not regret a stay at this amazing property
