Bed was too soft, short so feet ganging out the end and lump down the middle where 2 beds pushed together but slightly different hight. Breakfast was very poor. Constantly having to ask staff for different things that had run out and only 1 coffee machine that was constatly stopping.

The staff were incompetent apart from Harry the bar man, the staff lacked common sense and the ability to clear a table (6 tables were dirty, full of plates and glass and one girl was standing drinking a drink and chatting) this went on for over an hour. The quickness to be served was unbearable at times, zero urgency. The front of house receptionist was highly stressed and rude to some of our party. The spa being closed was a reoccurring problem from prior to the stay and during the stay. The manager Matthew stated he would contact me if he was able to get an early check in as my room which was allocated to me was already in use till 12, the receptionist informed no one was in and managed to get me in. Matthew didn’t contact me or anywhere to be found. The room had a welcome plate of sweet treats however they were ROCK HARD, nice thought however inedible. Agreed compensation from the spa, the hotel weren’t able to compute this gesture and 5 women were sat amongst dirty tables and incompetent staff. The pool area and sauna were outdated and didn’t smell nice. The golf course and golf service was great. The room was clean. The food when it came was lovely. Harry was a legend. The crazy golf was brilliant.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked and paid in full in March to attend a wedding in October. The night before the stay I was called to say they cannot honour the booking. My daughter was already there, having booked 2 nights. She checked at reception and was told there would be no problem. She checked again in the morning- the day of the booking - and was told that my booking and two other rooms booked separately by my son (who was mid-flight on his way to the wedding) and my other daughter were CANCELLED. Outrageous! I managed to book 3 rooms on the day at the Grove House Hotel which was excellent. the breakfast was lovely and, it seems was far superior to that at Ufford Park. Have since learnt that this outrageous behaviour by Ufford is a regular thing. I repeat, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Nice clean spacious room,very comfortable bed, Food wasn't up to much,breakfast on first day was chaos no plates, queuing for everything then the sausage came out was undercooked and inedible,had a burger in the bar area was that raw it bled all over the bun sent back and the replacement wasn't much better for the price of the meals I expected quality but that is not what we got.
