It has a spacious private swimming pool (4x6 metres), surrounded by sunbeds to sunbathe and disconnect under the Mallorcan sky. It features a barbecue area with a table for 8 people, perfect for summer dinners, as well as an outdoor wood-fired oven, ideal for preparing homemade pizzas.
You will also find a chill out area with comfortable seats and a hanging armchair, ideal for reading or relaxing at sunset. On the first floor, a terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings offers another chill out space to enjoy the tranquillity of the Mallorcan countryside.
