Staff was very nice and check-in was quick. They let us move into our room extra early. AC was nice and cold, bathroom clean, fridge was cold, nothing was broken. Location was right in front of central market and next to Metro. Overall amazing experience. Would book here again.

It has no parking and no real amenities- a small gym and bar/cafe in the lobby, open for only a few hours an evening with plastic chairs - not used by anyone in the 7 days we were there. Very convenient for restaurants and bars/cafes in the area. All the staff were lovely, so polite and helpful. The room was spotless.

Location was excellent. A short walk from the coast and even closer to the main restaurants and bars, yet just about far enough to not be disturbed. Room is of an ok size given the inner city location and shower is very good. A little noisy at night from the traffic, even on the 8th floor and would be nice if they refilled the glass water bottles they give you when they clean the room but they do refill if you request. TV is really big but doesn’t connect to the internet so you can’t use any of the streaming apps. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses.

Lovely reception staff. However, our key fobs were working part time. We had to go to the reception about 4 times in 4 days, to change them, as they weren't working after a few hours. No soundproof, so, very loud noise can be heard easily from the street and the neighbours rooms. Not too many facilities in the hotel. Housekeepers are too loud in the morning next to the door of the room. No ventilation in the toilet either. Nice city thought.

The hotel's location is good, and that's all there is that is good. Also, there are plenty other hotels with good locations that are better and cheaper in Alicante. Hotel is tired, staff are unfriendly, even the shower is over the bath, like the 70's!! Needs a serious refresh.

A bad experience!

Our room had no toolet paper and was provided with a single towel and that was a hand towel. Lighting was supplied by 3 lamps and one had its bulb burned out. The next morning I had to take a cold shower because the hot water was not getting to the room and the responsible technician did not arrive until 10. There was no enclosure for the shower so the whole bathroom floor got wet after each shower.

Too many issues

First, the room smelled. As soon as I walked in, it smelled stale like it had been sealed up for 6 months. I had to open the window to air it out. The shower was awful. You needed a pole vault to get into the bathtub. Once in the shower you could barely move between the glass partition and the metal soap dish/hand bar. It was so tight you could barely lift your arms over your head. The water temperature was a nightmare. You would get it to the temperature that was comfortable and then all of a sudden it would be scolding hot, and you would jump away. It was one of those sliding handheld ones too and it didn't stay in place. Totally annoying. The water pressure was quite low, so it took forever to wash off any soap. The floor in the room was a laminate wood and was scratched and coming up in different places. No one was in the room next to me until the last night. Whoever stayed there came in around 1am and it sounded like they were walking a horse around the room. The hotel is on a busy street and on the one side, where my room was an alleyway where people would hang out at 1 & 2am drunk and the noise would echo through the alleyway off the buildings. The last night between doors slamming, the person walking the horse in the next room and the loud alleyway noise, I got maybe 2 hours sleep. The location was good, and the staff was nice so that was a plus. I would have to say based on the negative things I mentioned, I doubt I will stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and for getting to the beach . The Hotel was lovely and clean , all the staff we met were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great , as were the rooms . I will definitely book this hotel again and would recommend it to others
