All our interactions with staff were pleasant. One waitress at the bar/restaurant was speaking about how there is only one man and one woman when I have relatives that are transgendered so I would not like to hear that. In our room, there was some long hair left in the shower and the room was dusty overall. The room had just been remodeled so some of the dust could have been from that. I will not stay here again when visiting Green Valley.

Hot tub out of order. Floors dirty. Not enough staff and those working did not appear to have knowledge of most things. Unexpected late night noise.
