For a newer place, the rooms weren’t in very good condition. Beds were creaky and lumpy, nowhere to charge anything anywhere near the beds (like on nightstands). Drain in bathroom was cut in a way that felt dangerous. Female staff member at breakfast was so rude we decided not to eat even though it was included in our rate, which she asked us to PROVE and after we had, she asked us to also prove it was for two people not one. One would think she could’ve asked the same person at the desk we had to ask (who she was closer to). At that point we didn’t feel comfortable even staying.

A lot of hidden fees. Absolutely love, the fact that had ceiling fans in the rooms. Valet not worth it. Great location for the Riverwalk.

Only Hyatt Place with $8/person breakfast charge I've seen nationwide. No AC convenience outlets at nightstands, per Front Desk, had to pull bed out to access worn out plug...had to disconnect lamps and clock to get socket that was not loose (fire hazard against bed). My key card was programmed to not open rear lobby door, had to walk perimeter to reset it.
