The staff was courteous and friendly upon arrival, which made check-in pleasant. The hotel appeared newly decorated, and the room décor was attractive. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were hygiene wrappers on the floor under the bed, and it was evident that the bedding, including the covers and pillowcases, had not been changed. This significantly impacted the overall experience.
