Great hotel for the price
Nice hotel and convenient location to my friends place. Be careful walking around at night. You are warned by staff that the area is known for "extra curricular activities" if you get what i mean. I had this experience when walking at night to the shops as a car pulled beside me and asked if i wanted to visit a "beautiful place with beautiful women".
It was a wonderful place, well priced and perfect for a trip that we didn’t expect to last eight days in this hotel and we are so grateful that we were able to feel like we were at home. You’ll love the staff and it’s a great size room for the price. Be sure to walk the area you’ll enjoy it.

Overall a bad place and the area is not safe for a family
It's a small city hotel and is right opposite Hilton Amman if you struggle to find the location. There's no eating facilities in the hotel but there are many restaurants, takeaways and small local supermarkets in the neighbourhood so you'll have no problem for food and drink. Cash points are nearby. Abdali Boulevard and Mall are also in a short walking distance.
The rooms are clean & quite large with air-con, mini fridge, UK and EU sockets, basic amenities and a free large bottle of water :)
On my arrival I had a trouble since my suitcase didn't arrive at Amman airport. It delayed my airport pickup time a lot but the hotel receptionist Mervat made sure that everything was fine and the taxi driver would be waiting for me as long as it took (obviously I paid the extra for that). She was really responsive and helpful throughout.
The evening receptionist Jamal was also friendly and very kind, without his help I wouldn't have been able to find a place to do the last-minute emergency shopping to get all necessary items for my missing belongings.
It's a perfect little hotel with lovely hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Amman :)
Really nice and charming little hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Bright rooms with modern furniture and nice color scheme. Positive atmosphere.Nice neighborhood with cafes and restaurants
Payment is not mention pay at hotel and when you were upon to check-in, they want your physical credit card. Dont assume the information given to Expedia means they had capture your payment. This hotel cannot capture your payment automatically like other hotel do. Very bad experience. It is advisable to walk-in and stay if you want. Useless to book this hotel on whatever platform as this hotel cannot capture automatically your payment and make you feel extremely inconvenient because you have to show the credit card again. If the guest forgot to bring the credit card, just ignore your stay there. If you plan your trip by assuming to paid all before you check-in, just ignore this hotel and you may get to other hotel. Thanks.

Nice basic hotel
Nice hotel, attractive spacious room. Queen bed was two twins together, and could feel the springs a bit but not bad. Clean modern bathroom. Nice window view. Shmeisani neighborhood, close to the Abdali mall (but take a cab - not a pedestrian friendly city).
Prime Hotel is a boutique hotel near the 3rd Circle in Amman Jordan and it is maddening in that it hits the big stuff right and misses the little things. Some things it does quite well and other things it just misses entirely. The neighborhood is safe (there's a tourist police station a block away) and there's a nightclub a block away, so expect some music late into the night.
Pros:
* The room and bathroom are spacious and stylish.
* The front desk staff is generally helpful.
* A good mix and lots of restaurants in the immediate area.
Cons:
* After I checked in I found out that there were NO towels in the bathroom. I had to call to the front desk and they delivered two towels.
* The wifi was spotty at best, even after calling the front desk to reset the router. Instead of using the hotspot for my floor, I ended up using the hotspot for the lobby from my room.
* When I went to the restaurant to have breakfast, I found the cook asleep. When I came back an hour later, he was still asleep so I can't comment on the breakfast.
It smelled like smoke every where even the staff smoked on the clock inside. The food at the resturant was awesome. They also helped me out with taxis. I would stay again. My friends paid double at a five star for the things I recieved. If you cam deal with the smoke your fine.
Prime Hotel is only taking off now which means it promises many services which it doesn't really have - breakfast, restaurant, good service, staff available, etc. It's a small hotel, well located in Shmeisani. They didn't have a room for me when I arrived. After an hour's wait, they put me up in a dirty room. No one cleaned it the following day.
