Front desk was not efficient. I booked 2 rooms and I got only 1 room at 3 pm for check in and second room I got around 4:30 pm. I was continually contacting front desk but they never called me back with any update. I have to get hold of one of room service guy who got me this information that you can move in your room. Rooms were booked 5 days prior to check in date.

I arrived after 2 am and the check in was simple. My bags were carried to my room, facilities explained on the way. Great service, staff was super helpful and kind the entire time. I had a wifi issue that was managed very quickly. Great amenities! The breakfast was great as well! Safe and comfortable!

While this hotel has some great amenities and general convenience to the airport and separation from the “chaos” of Delhi the staff was absolutely inhospitable. After a 14 hour flight the check in process was atrocious and chaotic. It was literally as if we were inconveniencing the staff. After having the clear expectations of the room type (lounge access) I was told that was not the room I booked. Of course I had to “prove” this was certainly the room I booked. Which of course solidified the ineptitude of not confirming reservation details. Further as is standard with most hotel check ins we weren’t provided a option for a second key, directed to what amenities or how to access and not even directed to where to access the elevator for the room. So to be blunt they lack hospitality here but if your looking for an area that provides you with some options this is great however, you can probably find better options from the other hotels with better reputation for treating guests as if they are the inconvenience.
