The staff- ALL by were courteous and helpful. They seem to enjoy working at The Grand Art Hotel. The breakfasts, although expensive at €35 pp were worth it! And the gourmet restau “Olio” was very refined.

The most conveniently located hotel in bilbao. Across/few steps to guggenheim museum. Many restaurants nearby, Gelato/bakeries with sumptuous thick hot choco steps away, main shopping is walkable, souvenir shops, Restaurants and many more. Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area.

The hotel was in a perfect location with great rooms and facilities throughout. The rooftop bar was also excellent. Most of all, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the hotel and would be delighted to come back.

The hotel is wonderful, but I would like to highlight the service. They are always will if to make your stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail. At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again!
