This place is awesome! Stayed for one night and it had everything I needed and more! The breakfast buffet was 10/10 and the spa area (steam room, sauna, and cold buckets) were fantastic. There are even a few nice trails nearby! Fantastic accommodations as well!

Checked in at 8:30 PM, only to be informed that the spa closed at 9 PM—something that should have been made clear beforehand. I had booked a twin room but was instead placed in the adjacent Urban Apartments. Despite the room being advertised as non-smoking, it reeked of tobacco. It was more of a self catering apartment rather than a hotel room. Paid £73 for a meal at the Restaurant, which I found to be overpriced for the quality. At the bistro, the food was undercooked, and we had to ask three times before our drinks were finally brought out. Overall, a very disappointing experience. ⸻ Let me know if you’d like a softer or more formal tone!

Despite reserving and pre-paying our reservation six weeks before our stay, we were told at check in that they had no rooms available to accommodate our party of three. The whole point of making and paying for a reservation is to guarantee the type of room you request is available when you arrive. After much deliberation amongst the staff ( thirty minutes plus) they decided they could give us their last room available which was a junior suite and bring in a roll away bed. This was not ideal, but as we had an early morning flight and were expecting to get the room we paid for, we didn’t have much choice except to agree. As a consolation for our troubles, we were given access to their dinner buffet at no charge. However, the dinner buffet stopped serving in 23 minutes so we were forced to rush and then told to take our plates to the lobby if we wanted to finish eating. The food was mediocre. The roll away bed was in our room after we ate, but immediately collapsed as one guest laid on it. The legs under the head of the bed had not been properly extended to support the weight of the bed or a person. Even though this was considered a suite, there was barely enough room to upright the roll away bed and re position the legs so that it did not collapse a second time. Fortunately there were no injuries but this could have been much worse if the elderly person in our party had chosen to lie on the roll away bed. The only positive I can give in this review is the courtesy shuttle.

Rooms were lovely and clean. I stayed 4 nights, I would have liked my tea topped up, coffee was topped up once but not the tea. I ordered Arriabata on the first eve as was tired from delays only to receive the dish minus parmessan which is stated was included on the menu. When I asked about I was then told there was no parmessan which was disappointing. I was offered an alternative cheese which was not great. It would be good to know in advance before ordering if a dish is incomplete. Plenty of storage and everything you'd need in the room. Airport shuttle was handy. Pool and sauna were great - lockers were out of order at this time though which is not ideal.

We booked the Urban, but were actually given an Apartment which was amazing. Modern clean and spacious. Only issue was being given a double bed not a twin room as booked. Fortunately we are sisters it was a very late check in so we didn’t say anything.! Breakfast was fabulous and served until 11am and we also used the pool and sauna. Would definitely book again. Also excellent shuttle service.

I've never experienced a hotel like this, 4 beds, full kitchen and more than enough storage for everyone. The staff was friendly. Restaurant in the main building was delicious. Best was the free shuttle to the airport at the end of the stay.

The staff was very nice, the pool and breakfast were great as was the shuttle but the room they put us in looked and smelled like there was mold on the ceiling. I know that they are renovating so maybe it will be better in the future.

Good for one night stay. Enjoyable pool and sauna facilities, as well as cafe. Was not close to any train or tram lines into the city or airport, but had their own free shuttle to and from Schipol.

The room was excellent. Would have liked a tub as well as shower but as is quite often the case in Europe, only a shower. Can't fault the hotel for that. Fuse blew when my wife plugged in the electric tea kettle. Maintenance came to fix, said the teapot was not safe, would bring her another, but never did. Minor, but disappointing. The shuttle to the airport was great. Nothing walkable to shop or visit near the hotel. Otherwise a 5 star experience. Highly recommend
