Overall, things such as cleanliness, staff and quality was fine, no issues there. Even then, it was very minimal, even for the Dutch. Where my review severely drops stars is logistics and terms. There were quite a few make-or-break terms/conditions that were not disclosed to me until after a room was allotted and payment accepted. Upon asking for clarification, the information was listed nowhere on third party listings, direct, or in person. Deeply disappointed by this, certainly will not return nor recommend. There are places to stay within the same price range and locations that are 2x-3x better. Out of the dozens of stays I’ve had in Amsterdam alone, this was the worst value, and most deceptive.
