Very old and dated room

Lovely staff provided towels to take to hot springs. Room was poor to say the least. Bed very very soft. Cooking on plug in electric hot plates with two very small pots. The room had a musty old smell, peeling paint in bathroom. The building creaked loudly at night and worse when the wind picked up. Would not stay again.

Motels were well back off a quiet side street and close to thermal pools, so quiet, older style motel with plenty of character and plenty of room and nice lounge chairs, a well cared for property, even the windows were nice and clean and a lovely outlook to the mountains nearby, Simone was the perfect host keeping our room nicely serviced each day.

Enjoyed our stay. Closeness to pool couldn't get any better. Great to do some washing but a pair of my husbands jeans went missing. And the towels in our room also went missing. We thought shower pressure was great. Staff were extra helpful and even gave us Apples thank you, delicious. Next morning tried to return pool towels we never used.Put them at the laundry door. Thanks again. Hope to stay again!

An older property, reasonably priced and very well maintained. Particularly appreciated the efforts made by the owner(?) to find an item we thought we had left behind. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place to stay. Sophie was very accommodating and helpful on our cycling adventure allowing us to wash our bikes and providing buckets and rags to make the job easier. We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend staying here.
