Undercharged for city tax then staff tried to tell me I didn’t pay for room decorations when I did then tried to tell my I paid too little city tax when it wasn’t my fault that staff aren’t trained properly having to pay more money when checking out staff was very rude one particular girl jumped into my conversation when I was dealing with the boy at the checkout desk she just came across very passive aggressive and was basically saying it’s not there fault and that I’ve to pay I’ve no problem paying what I was supposed to be charged as long as the staff worent rude which they wore to top of my stay in this hotel room was dirty on arrive dispute me paying for decorations in the room me and my boyfriend had to clean the room are selfs as it wasn’t done properly very disappointed as I always stay in this hotel this is my 3rd time staying here and I don’t think I’ll be back

I like everything about this property. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance with many, delicious restaurants nearby. I’ve been to Amsterdam six times and each time I visited, I made it a point to stay at this hotel. Never disappointed. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will be staying there the next time I visit Amsterdam.

Staff mucked us around, we were charged and refunded 3 times, then when we left they insisted we still owes money. Not a manager in sight to sort the situation. One female staff member what quite rude from the moment we arrived too. Disappointing end to our Amsterdam visit. Comfort wise the hotel was ok, bed was comfortable but there was a dripping sound in the room all night, went away if we put the Aircon on.

Great stay in Amsterdam

Staff very helpful, fantastic location, easy to find from central station. Room comfortable, breakfast good. Early check in was great! Could have done with better coffee in room (espresso machine) and water in fridge- but overall a fantastic stay. Thank you to the all the staff.

Great location

The hotel was nice and centrally located. Great location to walk too everywhere. Price was right and the room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.
