Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and powerful. Good central location that was in easy reach of the central station and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Even though the hotel was in a busy location, I couldn't hear any outside noise when in my room.

Really disappointed that a hotel of this standing had a bar that ONLY Opened on a FRIDAY night from 5-11pm. We were staying with 3 families in this hotel- it’s so nice to meet up for a drink and chat in the lounge before or after a meal. We were not going to use the self service machine on second floor for socialising.

7 minutes walk from central station, quiet at night, next to the shopping street. room size is good and very clean. can walk to almost all the attractions. only complaint is the pillow is in small square shape, when you turn the head, the pillow is gone. would suggest the hotel use rectangle pillow instead.
