We arrived exhausted from an overnight flight and the wonderful staff was able to accommodate us, checking in at 9:30am (check in time at 3pm usually) so we could take a long nap and refresh. The bed was so comfortable. Room was very well appointed and they really thought of everything to make a stay at Kimpton one to be remembered. The cozy lobby with its workspace and many couches allowed for casual conversation, reading, and Social Hour. The hotel is located very close to the train station, tram and shopping area. Despite the hustle outside, the hotel is an oasis of calm.

Nothing to say really. Handy location, lovely food and great staff. My bed was very comfortable despite being given a twin room rather than a double. My only complaint is that the front desk team said they would send someone up to convert my twin beds into a double but it never happened. Apart from that, all good

Staff is outstanding! Only complaint is lighting in bath room for makeup. Not a big matter but would’ve appreciated better lighting and a stool somewhere for this. Also a few more outlets specially in this day and age of so many electronic devices
