The access to the Hotel from Amsterdam Central 5 minute walk. Easy access to and from Schiphol via the train. Only 15-20 minutes and leaves approx every 15 minutes or less.

Excellent birthday trip!

We had a lovely visit to Amsterdam, found the hotel through hotels.com and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were lovely from entering, super friendly and attentive. I had mentioned that it was my birthday when booking and from the moment we checked in they made us feel really special and welcomed. Breakfast was really nice and we had an evening meal in the restaurant too- highly recommend. Would definitely return, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Really great experience, the staff was really helpful and the hotel location is ideal to move around Amsterdam. Breakfast menu was really good, and they also provided bikes for us to move around. Overall, really great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Really loved this hotel, loved the extra little bits other hotels don’t do - free glass of wine between 4-5, free fruit water and iced tea, stroopwaffels when leaving, slippers and dressing gowns in rooms - all lovely touches! So close to the square and to the train station. Just wonderful stay thank you

Does not live up to US Kimpton standards. Front desk information was hit or miss depending on staff providing. Room accommodations is nothing spectacular, accent chair was filthy with stains. Housekeeping woke me up daily cleaning other rooms by placing cart next to my door. I mean I opened my door to meet trash bins or vacuums. Concierge was the most accommodating during my stay and went above to correct issues, however I expect zero issues with cleanliness and noise from housekeeping as this is what we pay for. Happy Hour served the same two wines daily with very light bites. Bites were placed out 30mins into Happy Hour and was more of a suggestion to try one vs. indulging. No variety and honestly you can buy your own wine and snacks for the week vs. what they provided. Overall while it’s close to the Central station pick another hotel.You get what you pay for.

Excellent service, clean hotel, and easy access.

Everything here was top notch, but most particularly the service from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food staff. The hotel was easy access to the trains and trams, and everything inside was clean and orderly. Anything we asked for from the front desk, was delivered promptly, and everyone was so professional. Gilbert at the font desk and Duke at the concierge stood out for us.
