Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam.

Had a lovely stay here. The room was comfortable, the staff was super helpful and kind. They had so many recommendations on what I could do. The food was good too! Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was nice and helpful, giving us information about the area and providing extra amenities when asked. They also let us do a late check out, which was convenient since our train home was in the afternoon

The hotel is luxurious and elegant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel has great details like they have umbrellas at the main door available por the guests to take on their walks. They give you a chocolate bar when you arrive and a glass of wine. The rooms with the canal view have great views to the canal and are worth the price increase.

Had a few nights in Amsterdam. Hotel was very friendly and staff were very nice. Adriano was particularly welcoming and pleasant to speak with. Only complaint would be that, our power to our room went out at 4am and needed our phones et. charged for the upcoming day. We alerted the reception desk who came to look into the problem. We were informed that they couldn’t do anything until 8am that day, which kept us up waiting. It somewhat ruined the days plans as we needed sleep so slept in later and missed a few plans we had that day. Other than that slight inconvenience we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again.
