They were very helpful with early check in. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the central station so easy to get to the airport. Easy walk to Anne Frank, and all other major things in town.

The hotel is centrally located with a convenient location to the main train station, restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is located in a very busy area and we were on the 2nd floor, the room was very quiet. We opted out of the daily cleaning of the room and we given a bottle of wine as a thank you. A few minor issues: no clock in the room, the night stands were about 12" high, Outlet and USB ports only on 1 side of the bed, the water from the shower leaked out of the shower due to the design and placement of the drain, and the breakfast was too expensive. Even with all the minor issues, we would stay here again.

The location was great and the air conditioning was fantastic! However the general cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The staff was kind but also ignored simple requests(getting our bags stored).

We were looking forward to staying at the Park Plaza to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary. Rather disappointing that the hotel/staff did not acknowledge this at all. I also upgraded the room to an executive room and requested we have 2 rooms close to each other. Not sure rooms on different floors qualify for that request. Our view was of a dark courtyard of the hotel. So this was also very disappointing, considering I upgraded the room and mentioned that we were celebrating 2 important milestones. Staff were not helpful at all when I asked about a better view.

Loved our stay at the Park Plaza Victoria with a canal view. Convenient location, walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and train station. Easy to access from the airport. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was busy with many guests but service was amazing and peacefully quiet. Would stay here again if we return to Amsterdam!

Too many tourist out there acting the fool. Dirty sidewalks full of trash, a lot of homeless individuals (saw one guy right outside the main entrance lying on the ground sleeping, too many hamburger, hotdogs, steakhouses, fast food joints and touristy shops around the property… I didn’t even bother to ask if the hotel had an outdoor space just for the guest. I actually had to wander round lost and found actual places that served real Dutch food (not bad)
