I used to love this place 5 years ago the staff was more nice and very approachable in the dining area but this last visit the women staff in the dining area were grumpy and when when me my husband and my 1.5 yr old son was trying to have dinner in their restaurant down stairs the staff was kinda strange that made us wait for almost 30 minutes and never came back to our table to take our order and she was just keep standing and keep staring at us that was so uncomfortable and decided to walk off and to just go the mall for dinner we felt really bad that we were thinking of leaving and stay to another hotel even now were thinking of not staying in this hotel on our next family vacation but hopefully the customer service specifically in the dining area would improve as filipino is very well known of being polite, friendly, and hospitality

Disappointed, requested an ironing board which is faulty I almost got injured it collapsed and was lucky that I didn’t get hurt. The safety deposit box was very small and had a glitz it didn’t open and had to wait to get someone to fix and reset . Pillows smelled and towels are old, an open cabinet that doesn’t have room to hang long dresses or gowns. While dining in got my sit and while I was getting food someone took my sit apparently it was given away from another guests and obviously dining room staff didn’t communicate that to was already taken. Food is similar everyday and limited choices

This property is conveniently located. The building is a little bit older, but the rooms are clean. If the property replaces the hallway carpets, it would be great. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Absolutely beautiful area to stay. Affordable as well. It’s connected to Ayala mall and all food and activities associated with the mall, so everything is convenient.

I stayed last year at the same time and found a few things to be different. First the buffet, though good, was NOT as good as last year. It has declined from "SUPERB" to "GOOD". A year ago, I was able to take the short walk to the mall in a beautiful lush landscape. This time, I had to walk through a smelly, dank, dark parking garage: not acceptable! The staff, as last year, were OUTSTANDING
