This property used to be a Marriott. Well this hotel falls short of that standard for sure! An average hotel now in every way. Should have a 3 star rating at best. There are much better places to stay in Cebu!

A great place to stay and enjoy

I always appreciate someone taking time to cater to my needs. But here they do it with a smile and always a kind greeting. I have come to know the food servers and housecleaning. They know me as well and I appreciate all of their work. I would always recommend Seda Ayala Center Cebu.

The first night we stayed here our room was musty and had a dripping sound going on all night. The second night we stayed we had a different room and the room was perfect! The breakfast buffet was amazing!

This hotel is old, beds are hard on your back. Hallway carpets are old and nasty. Had to call an attendant twice because the toilet won’t flush. They will charge 4K Pesos for an extra person to stay. Buffet breakfast sucks. I give 2 stars only because the staff are friendly.
