Staff was nice . Didnt get out tea and coffe to our rooms wen cleaned or when we first came to the hotel stairs steep apart from that was nice and good location 15 mins walk from square.

The area and canal view were so lovely. The hotel is unique and very Amsterdam. Great for walking and public transport links. We had a wonderful few days away - didnt want to come home!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The Staff were so helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they even let me check in 4 hours early. The room had a nice balcony and such a pretty view. It was very walkable to many tourists attractions. I would definitely book here again. They also decorated my room for my partners birthday and gave us a bottle of champagne! 10/10 recommend.

There is no elevator! There are 63 steep , steep winding stairs to climb., Rediculous. Rude staff . Broken windows with missing shudders . View of canal is a port hole behind your head ! They will not work with you if you don’t like your room . Never again !
