Great property just outside the busy and touristy areas in Amsterdam. Walkable to everything. So close to Amsterdam Central...easy to use train for daily transportation to other cities/sites. Staff was warm and welcoming. Helped to arrange transportation to and from the airport. Quick to get room ready so that we could have an early check in. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fabulous hotel from the moment we arrived. The lounge area was inviting, the reception informative, and the room we reserved was massive. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom had all of the luxuries of home. The breakfast is outstanding! My only comment would be that if you shut the door to the bathroom while you shower, the condensation is a noticeable problem. Other than that, we have no complaints!

The hotel is small but not cramped, the staff are very welcoming, efficient and very friendly. Its location is a very convenient 10 minute walk and easily found location from the central station ( even with wheeled luggage). The cleanliness is visible throughout the entire building. Heartily recommend this for a base from which to explore Amsterdam.

A wonderful spot. A beautifully restored historic property which exudes character and charm. Our room was specious and well-appointed with fascinating historic furnishings, and the sky-high ceiling contributed to the feeling of comfort. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There's no question we would book at the Hendricks again the next time we visit Amsterdam
