Overall a great experience

Room was really good and clean. The bed was comfortable and overall it was a good 3 night stay. Things to improve are only little things. Like slightly larger and more fluffy towels in the bedroom make all the difference especially when you are paying €300 a night. Could have done with some fruit salad at breakfast to have with yogurt and grenola rather than just pieces of fruit. Appreciate these are only little things but are what would make a real difference. The staff were all super helpful and gave us some great advice on places to go and where to eat.

Clean but needs some repairs

Needs a bit of refresh in terms of decor and state of the ceiling in the toilet. The place was clean though and allowed us to havea good rest after going out.

The property is in a good location close to the train station from the airport. Plenty of shops and cafes close to try. The hotel was clean and the staff very polite and helpful.

All members of staff including housekeeping are friendly and warm. Great views across the water. Walkable to Centraal station. Room very comfortable with nice products in the bathroom.

Brilliant property and lovely stay. 5 minute walk to the centre but easier to get around on a bike which can be rented from the hotel. Would highly recommend and will be booking again next year :)

Gorgeous hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring the city, very close to the train station for exploring further afield as well, Rotterdam, Delft and many other places all a short train journey away. Our room in the roof was stunning, exposed wooden beams, great views over the water, comfortable bed, good TV, everything we needed and more. Friendly staff, good breakfast, we'd definitely book this hotel again.

Loved our stay at The Hendricks hotel. The photos of the room didn’t do it justice…it was so lovely. Extremely clean. Perfect place to explore Amsterdam. Everyone was very friendly and happy. We would Iove to return.
