Terrible staff, extremely defensive and rude, unhelpful , arrogance from all team. I ask for guidance help to get the elevator and they disn’t want to. After I was upset the help was minimum but they all became more aggressive and didn’t care of my concerns. A 4.5 stars hotel with no litle bottle of water, old nespresso machine with no capsules and no water, small pillows. Shampoo dispensers and body wash 95% empty. No conditioner. Nice bathroom but toilet dirty. Management aware of my concerns, didn’t care. A 700 rooms hotel with a huge front desk but no one welcomes and wanted to help. Other guest helped me to find the room and read the number properly. Looks like supermarket for college students building. A “manager” proud to be there fir 50 years, overreact and disrespect me also called security and advice me that he will sue me if I make the comments.

8 minutes on shuttle to airport/train station. Shuttle ran often and on time. Staff was courteous, professional and prompt. Breakfast restaurant was excellent, huge variety and all very tasty.

The executive room was great however was surprised that the headboard cloth was all ripped and dirty. Also the bed sheet had a hole in the center. The rain shower was fantastic and seemed like standing in a rain forest in Bali .

The hotel is wonderful te stay. Location, beautiful property, good breakfast buffet. Only thing that wasn't good is the spa. 2 sauna's were not working.

O M G - this is my new favorite spot to stay at AMS. The bed was the most comfortable and fresh feeling bed and linens I have experienced (and I am a frequent international traveler) and the shower was FABULOUS...I can't explain...It’s like the waterfall shower has "fat" drops of water that feel amazing while still being strong enough to wash my hair thoroughly (my hair is quite long) when some showers feel good but struggle to rinse my hair properly....and the provided body wash smells amazing! The balcony is so much appreciated when I know I will be on a plane for 10 hours the next day. There's a KFC across the street, restaurant on the premises and a very well-stocked mini market...although no #Joyride candy. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We are seasoned travelers, having visited 50 countries and counting. This is the best airport hotel we've ever stayed at. It gets everything right - punctual and convenient free airport shuttle - consistently friendly and helpful staff - spacious rooms with big windows and balconies - beautiful landscaping - adjacent to walking paths for outdoor exercise - a spacious, airy fitness facility with windows all around (views of garden) - an incredible immaculate breakfast buffet - and even a little self-serve washer & dryer in the "ironing room." The hotel has been run by the same family for 5 generations, and they clearly know their business.

The hotel was lovely, it was big with shope, restaurants and a nice wellnes centre. Although they should have someone keeping an eye on the wellness centre because children play around in the steam room and sauna. They also had a good size gym. The room was large and clean, with a nice bathroom. I didn't like the fact the room didn't have a fridge and no iron, you had to go to an iron room beside the wellness centre to iron your clothes.
