They messed up my reservation I was scheduled for checking out on the 8th . My card worked came back from travel all day my stuff was gone . I don't understand why card worked and they sold my room

Property is very run down, it also seems to be connected To a homeless shelter. Had broken items in our room and the bathtub was gross. Luckily we only stayed there for one quick Night due to a cancelled flight. The only highlight was the staff at the front desk were all very nice and helpful.

Close to airport and restaurant options. The property isn’t maintained that well. Bed was comfortable enough. Before arriving I reached out twice by phone to inquire about shuttle to airport, but they never answered or replied to my email inquiry.

The shuttle service was quick. The AC didn't work well in our room; we could never get the room cool enough. And the soap in the bathroom was very chincy. There was nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the tub. The lobby area was very comfortable. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night - we only planned to stay overnight in order to catch the ACT bus to Seward. Very limited places to eat in area; it was only a 5 minute ride from the airport, so it was convenient.
