Beautiful boutique hotel and everything is brand new. Very comfortable, white terry robes (nice touch) and beautiful room/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great design and service

Excellent refit of a Hojos style motel. Very clean modern bathroom and high end furniture / design of bedroom. Probably the best refit of an old motel I've experienced. Only downside is the lack or ducting for central air so heating was one of those large in room blowers that are loud when turning on.

We stayed here over the new years week. It was cold but the property was convenient and we could walk most places we wanted to go to near the hotel. The hotel was clean and is in the midst of renovation but that had very little impact on us. The new years festival was literally outback, they had food trucks and fireworks. We did rent a car so we could go other places in Anchorage. There were two things that bothered me a little: was our room didn’t get freshened up every day. I had to ask for towels almost every day. But the room was clean and new. The decor was great (aviation, some leather). And the parking situation…. If you have a car you have to park on the street and pay at meters or pay out back and pay $15 per night or park across the street in the parking garage. There’s nothing on their website about parking before we went. There’s also no restaurant right now because of renovations. There was a security guard day and night stationed in the lobby. Our room was in the road side and every night there were drunk people walking by yelling (not the hotels fault) so ask for a room on the parking lot side. The people who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Would stay there again.

Recommend if you would take Alaska railroad. Close to the station, walkable around 5 to 10 mins. Nice stuff and you also could get ready to go hot water and coffee in the hotel lobby.

I was quite impressed with the quality of the hotel. Everything is new and well cared for. The room rate was quite reasonable and it is convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was very responsive to my needs and intervened promptly and effectively when I did have trouble with the public parking facility.

Stayed for New Year’s. This is a very nice hotel that is clean and the view for the fireworks and of the inlet was perfect. Ernesto provided exceptional service and the security guard handling the parking for the new years events downtown did an amazing job.
