Bed, shower, towels everything we needed for a night. Pipes under the sink was held together with duct tape, some mildew and BO smell on the shower curtain. Doors were slamming and people talked loudly in the middle of the night, so not much sleep. It was also stuffy in there but road noise and people noise kept us awake with or without the windows opened or closed.

When I made my reservation I told them I needed a handicap wheelchair acces got to the room there was a 10-in high step to enter the room not wheelchair accessible I would not recommend this place to anyone.sible room. They did not respond. My fault for not following up. Get to the hotel it was in no way shape or form handicap accessible. They had a horrible ramp they went to a door that was locked all the time no one had a code to. When we got to the room there was a 10-in step to enter the room. Once in the room the wheelchair would not fit into the bathroom. I would not recommend this place too anyone that in any way shape or form needed handicap access.

Tv was broken, desk clerk was not willing to help at all. Not for the tv, not for a reimbursement for there being roaches, so not clean. I payed for a room with a working tv I didn’t get one. Payed for a clean room didn’t get one

Do not stay here!

Run, do not walk, away from this “hotel.” This place was located in a sketchy part of town. Many homeless all around. There was razor wire outside our window to keep anyone from entering our room. It was very hot in the room and we couldn’t adjust the temperature range. We slept with the window open to get some fresh air, although we were terrified to do that. We did not use the shower because it was filthy, as was the room. Walls are paper thin. We needed just a place to spend one night after arriving late at the airport. I saw the price for this one, and it was way cheaper than others. I thought how bad can it be for one night? Answer: it was way worse than anything I could imagine. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in my whole life, and I’m 66. Hotels.com - please remove this listing for the sake of future guests. I guess we got what we paid for. :(

To be blunt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The property is loud, outdated, hasn't been cared for, and frankly I did not feel safe in my own room. The walls are thin, the other guests are loud and, I believe, engaged in illegal or otherwise questionable activity. The night I stayed, the fire alarms kept going off and, the next morning, there was no hot water. This place was so bad, I actually left a day early knowing full well that I wouldn't get my money back for the second night.

My room was very tired and worn. The razor wire atop the chain link fence was not reassuring of a safe place to sleep nor were the three adult men sleeping in the sofas in the lobby. If it’s all you can afford you’ll be ok. If you can afford a little more it might be worth it to pay more. In spite of conditions most of the room felt clean. Take soap and sanitizer if you plan to touch the windows.
