Woke up to my bed being wet from dripping water out of air conditioner; literally a puddle of water soaked into the mattress. Showed the employee the wet bed and the water dripping from the air conditioner, which was undeniable to the naked eye and touch. The manager refused to give us an upgrade upon request because the rooms were allegedly full. However, during checkin, she offered to sell us the same upgrades requested.
Uploaded Photo shows the owner of the property replying to another customer and encouraging complaint to front desk staff for an upgrade. However, I did this and it was not honored. Manager avoided talking to me directly.
Terrible customer service.
Stay anywhere else and save yourself the trouble.
In the morning checkout, we asked for the shuttle at 7:02am because there was a line in the counter. Despite staff being available to drive us and the shuttle van being parked outside, the hotel staff refused to take us to the airport. Their shuttle is supposed to operate every 30 minutes. They asked us to wait to 7:30am. We ended up paying an uber. Terrible customer service again. Different staff.
The floor of the room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower had mold. I asked the staff to take a look and they dismissed my concern.
