We arrived late at airport and wanted to use the shuttle to hotel. We had informed hotel in advance we would be late (midnight) and they gave us phone number to contact. We phoned this number for several times and left it ringing but nobody answered it. In the end we had to get taxi costing 20 dollars. Room was ok but looked a bit dingy and uncared for and not somewhere we would wish to go back to.

Listen. If you want a clean room to shower, change maybe go for a swim, this is the place. I had no issues. Check in was fast and pleasant, my room was clean with clean towels, a small fridge, microwave and shower amenities. The AC was wall mounted and the walls a bit dated. But I wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel at this 2 star price. It was exactly what I expected, and actually better than the reviews let on. You get exactly what you pay for, with a beautiful and sparkling pool, a restaurant/lounge onsite and friendly service, super close to the airport. I will definitely be using them again if I need to.

The employees are Hawaiian Nice. Always courteous, friendly, and what you would expect of Hawaiian tourism. This is their strongest point, However the property and operations have declined over the past two years. The shuttle to the airport is challenging. Not sure why they have not updated their website to be more specific about the free shuttle given the dramatic changes at HNL

The bathroom had a shower drip that made it difficult to fall asleep. Also, the sink had a pretty moderate leak from the drain. Had to sacrifice one of my towels to soak up the water on the bathroom floor because of both leaks.

Very old. It’s in an industrial area with nothing in walking distance. Felt like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. Restaurant was closed for no reason. They wanted a 500.00 security hold on my card for a one night stay. Lowered it to 150. I thought I must be getting a really fancy room if they’re that worried and was shocked by how outdated it was. Completely uncalled for to ask for a security hold.

The price was outrageous for what you get. The room was dirty and dated. There were people walking outside our room all night. People were making noise all night. The place looks neglected, just very disappointing. The only good thing was the airport shuttle.

Very old hotel; we only stayed one night. Bed was too soft, pillows were flat… The staff were wonderful and the restaurant had delicious food which were the saving graces of this otherwise “meh” hotel
