The woman at the front desk, Adele, was absolutely horrible. She seemed bothered with me from the moment I spoke with her. I was passing through Honolulu for a 21-hour layover and needed a place to rest for the day/night. Adele didn’t care about my circumstances and wanted me to pay $60 for early check-in only two hours early. I had to change in the courtyard and have my luggage and personal items sprawled out for everyone to see. Not ideal after completing a ten hour flight. I asked to store my luggage until the room is ready and Adele told me to put it by a busy door with no view from the desk. This made me uncomfortable so she threw a volleyball net on top of it. I had a pair of tennis shoes in one of my bags and didn’t realize one fell out until I went to checkout in the morning. I asked Adele if anyone had turned it in and she said no and made no attempts to ask others around her. When I asked if she could ask around to make sure, she begrudgingly got on a walkie and made remarks making me feel stupid for asking or trying to find my shoe. If that wasn’t enough, I needed a shuttle ride to the airport in the morning and was told the day before by the shuttle driver that it leaves at every hour and half hour. I was downstairs at 7:29 am and she said the driver had already left. I asked if another one could take me since it left early, and she said no and that the next shuttle would leave at 8 am. I have NEVER been treated this poorly at a hotel. Will not recommend to anyone
