Filthy rooms, terrible service.

Went through 2 very dirty rooms, air did not work either, before getting a clean one. Stay in the main building! If they send you to a different building, say no. No elevators in the other buildings that was not disclosed in the description. Not happy with resolution either. Will not stay again.

We’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this one definitely falls into the category of: “Whatever you do, don’t walk barefoot—unless you’re actively looking to catch a fungus.” Surprisingly, that’s just a minor inconvenience. The real deal-breakers? Two things: A brutally loud AC/heater unit—so either freeze in silence or sleep through a jet engine. The bed situation, which is… confusing, to say the least. Imagine rock-hard pillows paired with a mattress that feels like a deflated airbag. Someone here got their firmness settings wildly backward. Sleeping here requires creativity, or maybe just exhaustion.

Nice little hotel to stay in before flying out for our fishing trip. The staff was courteous, rooms were very basic but clean and updated, and the continental breakfast was very good with lots of delicious options. Compared to the other very high priced hotels near the airport, this nice little Inn was worth the savings for our short stay in Anchorage.
